In these terms and conditions, ‘us’ and ‘we’ and ‘our’ refer to ORIGINALO SDN BHD.
ORIGINALO™
Each ORIGINALO™ gift box offers a range of products and services and the information we provide is correct at the time of print.
Any images used in all promotional literature including our Booklets to illustrate experiences/ activities/ location are used as an indication only. They may not be true representative. The images used in promotional material, Brochures, packaging and website, are protected by copyright, and any such unauthorized use or reproduction will be considered as a copyright infringement.
Each Partner offered in our ORIGINALO™ gift box may have its own terms and conditions. You are responsible for making sure you are aware of and comply with their terms and conditions.
Each ORIGINALO™ gift box contains a Voucher, which is equivalent to a means of payment for a given service/experience/activity. Payment is non-refundable. Each gift box has a specific Voucher code. Vouchers (and codes) must be kept safely and securely. We will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.
The ORIGINALO™ Voucher expiry date is shown on your ORIGINALO™ gift box. Bookings for dates must be made direct with the Partner before Voucher expiry or the Voucher will cease to be valid.
Ordering and paying for your ORIGINALO™ gift box:
We will validate your order, cheque or credit/debit card details submitted to us before accepting your order. Once that is complete, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the email address you provide in your registration form.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order will mean that there is a legally binding contract between us.
We accept all orders for an ORIGINALO™ subject to availability.
We accept payment by most major credit cards or debit payment. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery
Your ORIGINALO™ gift box will be shipped and registered via Pos Laju for deliveries within peninsular Malaysia and UPS for overseas locations to ensure maximum security and reliability. You will be able to track your package with the individual tracking number on your order confirmation email. For domestic and international delivery, please allow up to 2 to 3 working days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company.
You are responsible for checking the ORIGINALO™ gift box is in a reasonably satisfactory condition when counter signing the receipt of delivery.
ORIGINALO SDN BHD will not be liable for any damage or losses of any kind suffered by you as a result of delivery of your ORIGINALO™ gift box.
We can send an ORIGINALO™ gift box to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. Following delivery, risk of damage to or loss of the ORIGINALO™ gift box will pass to you. If the delivery company is unable to deliver the ORIGINALO™ gift box because of your unavailability or because of the inaccuracy of the contact details you have provided to us, any subsequent deliveries will be made at your cost.
Restrictions
Some ORIGINALO™ gift boxes may be subject to certain restrictions such as minimum or maximum requirements; e.g. age, health or weight. You are advised to read the full details before selecting your activity/experience.
Where an experience in an ORIGINALO™ gift box is dependent on the weather, you are advised to call the Partner to check the weather before setting out. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather or any other circumstance you will have to deal with the Partner directly for a new availability. ORIGINALO SDN BHD is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.
Session lengths are approximate and are given by Partner s as a guide to the total time you will be at their venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the Partner 's other customers and there may be waiting time involved. Any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change.
Please note that the activity detailed at the time of purchase may change from time to time. ORIGINALO SDN BHD reserves the right to change its activities or affiliates.
All ORIGINALO™ activities/experiences offered are subject to availability.
Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges for ORIGINALO™ gift boxes.
There is a possibility for cancellation of an activity/experience by calling the Partner 48 hours advance notice. Otherwise, the Partner has the right to accept your Voucher as paid and you will not be able to redeem it.
General
ORIGINALO SDN BHD is not a provider of services and we have no responsibility for any services provided or not provided by any other party. We accept no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any third party service provider and have no liability for any loss or damage incurred by any negligent act or omission of any third party service provider or any other third party.
We make no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any third party services to be provided to you.
All ORIGINALO™ Vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions of each third party business and these terms. We do not have any power or control over third party service providers and their operations. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the Partner s we promote are safe and reliable. However, we make no guarantees or warranties about the services, which are provided to you by third parties.
Not withstanding that we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that third party service providers are licensed and compliant, where a third party service provider is not properly licensed or compliant with any applicable law, bylaw or regulation, we accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party as a result of such non compliance. The laws of Malaysia shall govern this agreement.
